A lot of the book is about this survival guide, which has some really dumb tips in it. Some of the advice seems to make no sense and seems to have just been made up randomly by somone. These dumb tips or even the obvious ones, remind a lot of this movie called Idiocracy, which takes place in the future where everybody is a lot dumber, a LOT dumber, and people can barely comprehend English. Of course the dumber... or better yet sillier tips arent THAT stupid, i do get the Idiocracy Vibe from them... also the Captian is a complete moron.
This is also a space adventure book, so i get a Star Wars feeling from it. I can't read it without hearing the Star Wars song go through my head at least once. The set-up is also very similar to Star Wars, where planetary beings embark on a space journey for one reason or another and bring along companions with them.

Hey Michael!! Do you like the book? I think I saw the movie a long time ago. I think I remembered it was really confusing. I guess it would remind you of Star Wars, but everything that kinda takes place in space (does Star Wars take place in space, I'm not really sure?) reminds me of Star Wars. LOL. I looked up Idiocracy. It sounds sooo funny. The main characters were in a hibernation experiment and when they woke up, they were the smartest people. Maybe I'll read Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Tell me how it turns out. <3
Hello Michael, I have seen star wars, and I have seen Idiocracy, and unfortunately i have seen Hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy. Although i don't understand how you could describe this book simply by saying that it's a mix between Idiocracy and Star Wars. Do you like the book, and is it as funny as the movie?
hey i never read this book but if it gives u the feeling of space and star wars then i guess its a book i would like to read ><. Hopefully its good idk, ill try and make this a second or third book for me =D
